"At the time, the game had simple geometric iconography as placeholders. Adam hired me to create new icons for the sectors and resources. I went for more distinctive designs, yet still inspired by the shapes of the placeholders.
For the blackhole i based the design upon theoretical representations of the lensing around the singularity."
